Most Expensive Pens in the World 2012 – A special anniversary for Graf von Faber-Castell, which this year celebrates the tenth anniversary of the “Pen of the Year” and does so with a specimen of the highest quality, able to combine the beauty of a jewel of fine art tools writing. The Pen of the Year 2012 is a triumph of quality materials in all its components, from the frame of solid gold encrusted with gems, sixty, with a pen made by hand in order to provide for smooth writing. A collection in just ten pieces, the first of which is exposed by Harrods to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II.
The company hopes is an important year because it coincides with the tenth anniversary of the creation of the collection “Pen of the Year”, and valuable exclusive line which Graf von Faber Castel creates an object of a year spent writing and celebrations linked to it.
For 2011, the choice fell on the jade key element of the pen who was celebrating the 250 th anniversary of the brand and was also chosen for its strong symbolic value, since the jade stone of the gods in the Celestial Empire in China, the reserve of emperors.
In 2012 Graf von Faber-Castell celebrates the tenth birthday of its most valuable online and at the same time pays homage to the Diamond Jubilee of Elizabeth II. For sixty years of the reign of English monarch was chosen course on diamonds and gold.
